Third Quarter Best-Of Lists

I should be seeing the Coen brothers' No Country For Old Men this weekend, which will officially kick off Oscar season in earnest. Nothing but awards talk for four months! Ah, can you stand it? So in anticipation of the glut of awards-baiting movies I'll be choking down for the forseeable future, I wanted to document the best of the first three quarters of the year (or five sixths, whatever).
